EXPERIENCED PRESCHOOL PRINCIPAL
FULL TIME, SALARY RM 2500 – RM 4000 (Negotiable)
LOCATION: Seksyen 3 Shah Alam, Selangor
Position Details
We are a Mandarin-Islamic Montessori Kindergarten based in Seksyen 3 Shah Alam
Your Responsibilities:
- Uphold the company’s value, maintains the school’s high standard service quality.
- Works closely with directors to update, report the progresses and performances as required.
- Plan, lead and coordinate the staff and assistants in ensuring the daily operations of the school would run smoothly. This would also include teaching and daycare.
- Ensure that all the staff adhere to the school’s SOP and policies and all teachers fulfill their duties and give their very best service.
- Assist and ensure the students’ positive progress in their learning performance.
- Give timely update to parents to ensure a smooth communication and good relationship with parents.
- Take care of the school’s assets (facilities, building etc).
Requirements:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education
- At least 2-3 years direct teaching experience for children age 3-6 years with a full time position
- OR
- Hold managerial position in a medium sized pre-school at least 2 years or more
AND
- Cheerful personality, Love children and have passion in teaching.
- Good command in English language in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Positive, team player and have good interpersonal skills.
- Able to adapt to changes, problem solver and handle unexpected situations in a calm manner.
- Critical and creative thinker, able to bring in new ideas in any aspect that can benefit the school.
- Able to encourage, lead and delegate tasks to the staff.
- Able to adhere to the Philosophy and SOP of the school.
- Age 45 years old and below
- Muslim is preferred as you will handle ALL aspects of the school including Islamic related
