Little Bumble Bee Montessori Preschool is a unique Islamic-Montessori preschool that integrates Islamic values, Mandarin language exposure, and Montessori learning. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Centre Manager to lead our team and nurture young minds.
🔹 Job Responsibilities
✅ Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth management
✅ Lead and motivate teachers, ensuring high-quality early childhood education
✅ Implement and uphold Montessori & Islamic teaching approaches
✅ Maintain positive relationships with parents, children, and the community
✅ Drive student enrollment and business growth. Able to promote the school programs and services to potential customers. (with commission incentives)
✅ Ensure compliance with safety and school policies
🔹 Requirements
🔸Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with at least 3 years experience as principal or performed managerial roles in a medium-sized preschool , OR
🔸Diploma in Early Childhood Education with at least 5 years experience as principal in a medium-sized preschool
🔸KAP certificate holder is a plus
🔸Passionate about child development, leadership, and school management
🔸Cheerful and love working with children
🔸Excellent communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) especially in English
🔸Creative thinker – able to bring in new ideas to improve the school
🔸Strong leadership skills – able to motivate, guide, lead and delegate tasks effectively
🔸Positive attitude, problem solver, and adaptable in handling unexpected situations
🔸Familiar with computer programs like Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc
🔸 Muslim preferred, as the role involves handling Islamic-related matters
